I used to do that for Crazy Clarks many years ago. Then they went under even with me going and buying their dishwashing liquid in bulk once a week.
I want this company to be successful. Simon is pretty sharp, he's a good operator. It's just a tough business. Hopefully there is some merit in acquiring smaller online stores that are marginal. But how does a bunch of marginal businesses suddenly turn into good businesses under a new umbrella.
Reasonable chance iBuy will take this out as they have no Australian online business that I can see.
Need to do a bit better to justify a $12.5m market cap though. $9m EV, they really need free cash flows around the $1m plus a quarter to justify 2.2c. A fair way to go.
