They have already paid for Sugar Dragon and the con note... That 500k will be converted into sugar candy shares... Cash burn is 150k correct... That will leave them with 350k cash ,ought be enough for another quarter but yes capital raise will be required just before the acquisition... Hoping for a raise at a better price though.... As the group is quite hot right now hence capital raise would be rather easier.
I am looking for a short term trade though...
