MW probably quit sugar deal for another one while he was looking for VTX. VTX took around 6 months, so did NXR.
but yes you are right Oscar. I am thinking also that the increased VTX profits will go into other shells. this always happens. and whats best but another MW shell!. this has had 2 failed acquisitions in the past. 3's a charm.
