There is a lot of "noise" with what they can or can't do.

So as I keep saying, I believe the director trading window OPENS as soon as the US top-line results are released.

On the day of the announcement, the window will open - just like it did as soon as the 9-Dec Ann was released.

It is up to you guys & gals to determine if there will be mass dumps as soon as the escrow shares are released - but as history is a guide, I am of the opinion there will be as there was last time (Dec 16) & the time before (July 16)
