The very low volume today is A good indicator FIL are not having a buying splurge, nor other big investors. They are probably already offering/negotiating to buy any Uniquest or other available good volumes off market should any in fact be possibly available.
With regard to lots of buyers awaiting the dump into the mid 20s...heavens thats misleading. There are at max around 400+k Total bids by small holders mostly above .28.
