It has been a hard lesson but at least management do appear to be acting on the lessons. None of the substantial share holders have sold out, a good sign, maybe they believe management can turn this around.
There have been changes to the app that will reduce the impact of low frequency electronic interference ( they accounted for 15% of the useless recordings) ,there is now a check list that means there will be an automatic background noise estimation done before recording and this time Resapp staff will be on site to make sure cough sounds are collected prior to treatment.

It will be May before we find out if these changes work, but if they do there will be quite a few LTH sighing with relief.......celebrating even!
