They have focused a lot on share price.. How does the recent historical shareprice have anything to do with the value of the asset.. at that point there was a risk that the asset would be lost. I dont see why the share price is relevant at all.. if a dodgey fairness report is produced by a third party can that company be held liable for losses? capitalism looking after the little guy haha
