I do find it interesting that this company feels that they can put the middle finger up to the ASX. As Lilac has stated, it would be incredibly remiss (I'm being polite!!) for the ASX to leave this untouched. How can a company that uses the ASX to gain funds possibly believe that they can turn around and state that they are ignoring the listing rules.
If the ASX leaves this one alone, they will be allowing a very damaging & dangerous precedent to occur. I would think that someone like the Australian Shareholders Association may also have an interest in what happens here.
As for me, I shall be opening another bottle of red, sitting back, holding on, and watching the proceedings unfold with interest.
