No wonder it's a buy.
Remember minority shareholders complaining when the Zinjin dominated NKP Board came up with a valuation in the 2016 Annual report for the assets of the Garatau project which were reported:
"As detailed in Note 8 to the financial report, the Group has prospects, rights and exploration assets of $104,459,003 which is comprised wholly of the Group’s Garatouw Project."
This alone comes to over 13 cents per share (including the shares assigned to Genorah for the lost Tubutse farms) and it doesn't include assets outside of the Garatau project, other synergies or a take-over premium.
How they thought they could get away with 8 cents per share is beyond comprehension!
