This is about determining the value of a company in an illiquid stock that has two market participants - Z and Minority Shareholders Block. The share price wont do anything meaningful given those two participants aint moving.

If Z pull out - then fine - develop the mine and we begin to monitor our wealth through management action.

In the meantime - stop watching the share price. Only people who care about that right now is Z (or two bit scalpers) and their childish attempts to elicit this as a fundamental base for determining the value of the company.
