sid , just a thought re your holding , czech republic share holding in CEZ is there for an income , and the CEZ does issue massive dividends , once partnered CEZ would also expect dividends from EMH , which is fine by me considering the profit we may make will be aprox $2.00 aud a share , at 75% dividend share policy , we could end up with $1.50 a share dividend ( 85 p ) We wont need to keep the cash in bank . Now that is a very real probability , and we still only trade at 50 cents .
when you say that CEZ will expect a dividend from us, I assume thats once we are making the profits we hope to? 85p dividend ! one off special payment? and then lower later?
85 p dividend AND still keeping your shares to grow in value over years? I would think if that was the case , wouldnt a take over be on the cards? for those juicy dividends? and growth too of course? I cant say I know much about this stage of things as no company ive been in from beggining to production and beyond now I will potentialy have two!( BCN)
No sid not a one off payment . And yes once we are producing Li . I say we will do minimum 50,000 tonnes of Li per annum , VW will make sure of that . And for ease we will make $10,000 a tonne profit so that is $500 million USD profit Now we convert that to Ozzy dollar for tax purposes and we will make $700 mil aud , i also believe we will only end up with 350 mil shares on issue , so for some simplicity we will make $2.00 a share profit , and 75% of that could be dividended . We certainly wont need the cash . Now I have not considered tax payable so give or take 25% . There are variables ie amount of actual shares on issue at the time , there may be even less , US conversion and the actual price we get for hydroxide I have used current price , but truly believe will be a lot higher when we produce . So yep somewhere between 70 p and a quid every year .
