Hard to do analysis on it with gas/electricity prices all over the place BUT IMO this project is more to do with credibility i.e. if they can actually get it up & running they have some credibility a reference site & some income to keep the lights on, while they investigate further projects, rather than constantly screwing $$ out of existing & new 'investors' though CR's at silly low prices.
If this one fails, the last CR was enough to pay their salaries while they dream up some more BS to feed to the market to keep the gravy train on the tracks through another CR.
