I wrote it poorly, that was the average approval time for the environmental, the estimate did not come from the company. I agree that they have grossly misled shareholders and that they have zero chance of ever being a force in GeoThermal or any other waste heat area for that matter. They will however get their gas fired plant up augmented by the Kalina process.
