You are right Beaches .But you can't kiss all the girls and developing a modular system is both time consuming and expensive.The challenge for KPO has been to develop a showcase system it controls with a massive market and delivering both the vendors and the builders. This is what takes time and effort and most of all;focus.The kalina plants have always been owned and operated by others. Ever tried to drop in for a visit to an operating steel mill to have a look at section of plant? Good luck! It has not been six years.It has been three! I think this management team understand the challenges and are well versed in dealing with the various components of the adoption of a new power cycle.They hae achieved a lot in a relatively short space of time.I think they are close but would be concerned if I did not see something very tangible by June.
