Two more of the pieces of the puzzle have been imaged today. <font size="2" face="Verdana" COLOR="black">Both Holoman Minerals and Holloman Oil and Gas have now moved from being Public to Private.

ASIC as of today have imaged, for both Holoman Minerals and Holloman Oil and Gas, <font size="2" face="Verdana" COLOR="red">Form 206B Application For Change of Company Status Conversion of Company From Public to Pty. <font size="2" face="Verdana" COLOR="Black">See below

We still have a few more Documants to be imaged but IMHO these were the two needed to be approved to move things forward for the <font size="2" face="Verdana" COLOR="red">"Reverse Takeover". <font size="2" face="Verdana" COLOR="Black">What things should be revealed soon with the RMG AGM coming up.

IMHO HOLLOMAN MINERALS LIMITED showed it's hand this week by filing a request with ASIC to change from a public company to a proprietary company. They needed to do this change from a legal stand-point to facilitate the "Reverse Takeover" as a proprietary company.
