The Adminstrator, McGrathNicol, needs to make a written declaration that the shares are worthless.
They won't be doing that anytime soon. If I were in your position I would make a note to follow them up in late May or June. They'd have a lot on their plate today - declaring shares worthless would be nowhere near the top of the list.
