"Tony Sage, the owner of Perth Glory, has unveiled a friendly arrangement under which he all but secures control of the cash-starved Chameleon Mining. Sage will take on Chameleon's three-year law battle against Murchison Metals. Chameleon will receive a $A6.5 million credit facility from Sage's Cape Lambert Resources. Sage says Chameleon has good prospects in the lawsuit."
