You get the impression that Sage bought in with some insight as to the size of an offer. He wouldn't have done so for a small return. No doubt, considerably less than was originally sought, but attractive enough to get CFE invovled. We'll know soon enough, I guess. I also wouldn't be surprised to see CFE take over all of CHM if things seem attractive enough. Nature of the beast.
