I have a question. If, in your opinion, CHM is worth virtually nothing as it is, and has little chance of realising anything much from the court case/possible settlement, why wouldn't ILP take the cash payout via the CFE credit facility rather than be vieing for a slice of the action. To me, something doesn't add up. Either way, CFE will most likely end up with CHM or a payout or possibly both. I'm loving this.
