Within the current legal framework this is looking more and more like an internal Martu affair. Desert and co can do as much as they like to discredit certain individuals, they can ensure (with the help of ORIC) that the future WDLAC board takes a different direction but I think the reality is that the new WDLAC board will have to work with RWD, as a miner, to ensure the best outcome for their community. A win-win outcome is the most desirable outcome for all concerned.
As for Cameco, who knows. I think they also have a mining lease.
