GG is hoping that a Federal court will de-register the ILUA under section 199C.
But is it the case that RWD already has a mining lease which is a "future act"?
And is it the case that:
"the future act remains valid despite removal of an ILUA from the register."
All the so called "investigative journalism" is little more than a rehash of what Desert argued on HC.
They have had 3-4 years to apply to the federal court. It's not hard finding the necessary S199C form online.
Who knows, I'm just speculating.
