I suspect you misunderstood me and I can see why. Did not intend to confuse the issue.
The corporate guys ended up with a stake in project equal to 1/3 of the stake that the Martu will end up with (unless they somehow renegotiate their deal).
Is this fair? That is something the Martu needs to put to their ex-board, they negotiated the deal. Personally I think they could have pushed for more.
Blackswan also gained a stake in the deal from the 20 cent capital raise.
Cash strapped junior miners have no alternative as you know.
