    Just catching up with recent inputs to the RWD thread.

    The fact that a future event such as the mining lease in not dependent on the continuation of the ILUA makes sense.

    Otherwise there would be an ILUA sword of damocles hanging over every mining project dependent on the future views of the NT holders.
