Errmmm, have you ever heard of the Tax Office?

Just because the Government sets up organisations or administrations, how is it their fault if they are abused by chancers and shifty types? Then when that abuse is found out and stopped by said Government, you say it is still their fault?

The VET-Fee Help scheme was exploited and abused by some, the Govt. took action to stop that and you complain?
