This is insane - I doubt there has ever been a single Government scheme in history (in any Country) that
has not had to be changed or policed after being enacted.

The VET Fee-Help was a poorly conceived and rushed strategy, of course it could have been established better, any Govt. Dept. could, be real!

Your expectations of a Government are not realistic at all - I suspect holding some of these dead shares is clouding your judgement and opinion, and that you want (need) to blame someone else (anyone) for your lack of foresight in being stuck with useless script.
