1. Repayments when due are to the federal goverment not ACO. And only the ATO will have access to data on threshold being met, in any case.

2.The recent ACO announcements about chasing students were indicating a case for full payment by students in the absence of the feds providing the Vet Fee Help loan amount to ACO. For the administrator to reopen this can of worms will require them to put themselves in a situation where ACCC can reopen their pursuit of
$109million. Cant see how this could be engineered during insolvency.
