    Thanks for posting the court judgement.


    I don't believe that ACN ever mentioned that the Department of Education and Training were concerned about the level of Tuition Assurance Cover held by ACN. Yet, it is one of the main reasons given for suspending payments. TA Cover of $200,000 was OK for hundreds of students but not enough for over 9000 students. Why was this not addressed?

    Very disappointing.
