would appear that if the rumours of Luke Tonkin being in Russia are true and that the russians will accept the bid allowing for the limits the restrictions on ownership of more than 20% of a Co. without a full TO etc etc imply then:
MGX will get 50% and likely formalise control.
Effectively the russians have accepted the bid at 30c a share for azr.
