georgeaux you are not alone ,everyone that has a postion in the market are all losing money ,some more than others.I didn't have a look at the market till the end of trade because I happy with the stocks I have and I know they will recover so I am sitting tight till the good times return. I not going to pick the bottom and I not going to sell the remaining stocks and I certainly not buying till some sort of calm and certainty returns. So sit tight ,wait till the goodtime return and there will be alot of money to be made ,just bite your time.
