    Interest rates at 0% to .5% in the US, a $US collapse, a resurgent DOW, some floor or even improvment in US housing, some large draw downs from the Chinese might, just might see the copper price return to the 5 year average of around 3/lb. If that happens, and they can find buyers for their Armenian assets, TMR may be viable.
