I sit here basking in my glory, having earned my money by my skills, not relying on the gamble of the market, which at this end is little more than a glorified lottery, proffering wisdom and platitudes to those who wish to listen.
As Melbourne Cup day approaches, it is quite wise to remember the analogy of the risk profile, both systematic and non-systematic, and the horse race. Also the analogy of the punter and the horse: "you can take a horse to water but you can't make it drink...."
