Raise funds with who and what do you think that will do to your MC, do you want your MC to drop to $15M, Come on start getting serious about SGI, who is that stupid to put in $25-35M to cover your next 12-18 months operations to get it back on track?
The more I read the more I see how bad their ST position is, with no short term answer. Sure potential their, but too high a risk to throw money at without a decent return which they can not give. Their only hope is someone who has the $$$ to pick them up either in a JV or a T/O, and in all honesty as a SH you and your mates Pulp and PeterG should be begging for that to happen, not trying to throw negative BS around about legal proceedings etc.
CYL know what they are doing and will have all their bases covered, us plebs are just speculating, deals are already in the making and from what I can tell the most important thing on your boards mind ATM is how they may be able to keep their jobs as they have no vested interest in the company or give two hoots about their holders. Im sure you are aware of that.
