I expect the team conducting the placement are finding it harder then they expected. Either that or there is another asset sale in the pipeline complicating things.
If Hi-fert got a decent offer they might be able to reduce the size of the capital raising.
Either way there is going to be a lot to digest when the announcement is made. I am hoping it is good as I have been waiting for the capital raising and better financial position to increse my holding.
