As a stock this one has been a dog - so far - but the 'game playing' is at least provided some entertainment value.

I am completely astounded that Mr Murray is making a play for the MD role after stuffing it up so absolutely in the first place. Why would any shareholder want to back this mans record?

Seems to me like he's just trying to buy himself a job and if successful will suck out any remaining cash the company has. Best way to go broke IMHO.

The internet based accommodation proposal is pathetic and the directors are right to see it off. If this is the best Mr Murray has to put up then it's probably best to see him off too.

It is unfortunate that the directors say they will not put forward any alternative proposals before the EGM as it leaves shareholders with nothing to compare against Mr Murray's proposal. Some might think something is better than nothing and disregard that Mr Murray's woeful record is likely to end in tears anyway.

It is also interesting to see the directors have had to publically state that rumours spread by Mr Murray are untrue. What sort of games is Mr Murray playing and what sort of person takes this approach?

I for one believe ICS is better off without Mr Murray as he has proven himself to be incompetent and now he shows himself to be a grub as well.

I for one hope shareholders put Mr Murray back in his box.
