nihilism from a day to day basis you are correct that the market is never wrong. Because at the end of the day the market sets the price of each individual stock. I cannot argue that point. However when I buy, I don't buy for one day. Rather I work out where I believe the company will be in 6-12 months time. I was pointing out that because the share price is not reflective of the upcoming float, don't just take it for granted that it won't infact be a good opportunity. The market has a herd mentality in many respects. How many times do we see a company come out with good news or bad news and suddenly it takes off in either direction. Sometimes people don't even know if the results are good or bad when it comes to mining companies. If they see millions of shares wanting to buy, some will jump in and hope for the best, hoping to make a quick buck. If they see millions wanting to sell they will jump out. In response to your other question, yes I continue to wait for all the thing you have just mentioned. Where as you grew tired of waiting I am prepared to wait it out . Am I being foolish for waiting. In 12 months time we will most definately have a better idea. I understand why some people have decided to sell. I don't necessarily agree with their decision but that's O.K. I will give my reasons why they shoud hold and they will give me their reasons why they decided to sell. Afterall that is what makes the market- sellers and buyers. Without one or the other you don't have a market. I am a patient shareholder. I understand why there have been delays in all of the things you have pointed out. Because I am aware of the reasons I am happy to sit tight. When I invest in stocks I make it my point to know WHY things have taken longer. If I am happy with the reasons I will continue to hold and hopefully that duck that grittercouncil was referring to does turn into a beautiful swan one day. Cheers.
