BECAUSE THE EQUITY THAT THEY ARE GIVING AWAY AS YOU PUT IT, IS GOING TO IT'S SHAREHOLDERS WHO QUALIFY BECAUSE THEY OWN 250,000 SHARES. In other words they are being rewarded for owning 250,000 shares.
And everyone who is a shareholder has been given the same opportunity to increase their holding to partake in this offering if THEY CHOOSE to become involved.
What could be fairer then that insomniac.???
You obviously do not hold any stock and therefore you won't be given some of this so called free equity.
I think that is fair enough also.
