    The Roberts + Baird Govt has:

    - COMMITED to buy by making a PROMISE, hence a shyite DESPERATE buyer.

    - A shyite buyer gets scoffed at because of making a low ball offer

    - A shyite buyer gets NERVOURS when rejected and then having to possibly pay more due to lack of legal standing.

    - A shyite buyer is exposed because we know they have the money and needs to pay a fair amount.

    All it takes to vote NO
