Whilst I have no doubt the failure of Firefinch was due to poor management, it makes perfect sense to blame ECOWAS and not other factors.

The Government directly caused the ECOWAS sanctions, so why not throw the blame back on them, if it ever came to a Court case (or appeals) assuming they can prove the parent company is responsible for the debts etc, proving the Government caused the failure of Morila would go a long way in FFX's defence
