The problem isn't experience - clearly the existing Directors can answer that. The problem is, to Frank's point, how did they get into this situation?
"Given [Director Name's] experience, how did the Company arrive in a situation in which all the factors identified, factors that the Board previously publicly dismissed as problems including in investor presentations, suddenly become problems after one trading day of the demerged Leo Lithium? How did the company arrive in a situation in which solvency was so narrow that a weekly mining report was sufficient, compared with data received a week previously, to write off hundreds of millions of dollars?"
