- requisitioning members can start a new project, grassroots, no dodgy perth club, run their own investments, with those kinds of shareholdings the nominated directors can start and operate their own projects
- maybe even realise there is more to life than money, with the amount of financial resources held by nominated directors they should be doing more rewarding work to help get humanity out of slavery
