I honestly was a bit surprised by Fraser's reaction.

I got the sense he was a bit overwhelmed and feeling trapped - maybe feeling like everyone else has managed to get out and leave him lumped with this. And for whatever reason that I can't work out, feeling strongly he must see this through. I'm not going to be too sympathetic - this is the gig after all and things have gone awry while he was on the Board - but let's assume good faith and overwhelm for just a moment. If that's the case he's not working with shareholders and letting us help. There's a pathway here to work together.
