    Do you think he will have a solution on 30 September or do you think he will rehash the announcement they released and have re-released over the last 12 months?

    I think the chances of him committing to distributing LLL shares and any cash on 30 September is zero. I think he will work on an attempt to liquidate right up until the escrow period is over and possibly after.
