With the shares issued to Fortrand a week before the sensitive news, I see it is a positive sign. I have seen some cap raising to non-shareholders before bad news but most of the time the other way around. While it is my own speculation, there is a non written rule about doing each other a favour in the cap raising. If not, shareholders are the only people the management can go for the money. I am buying more options the last few days, still has a year before exercise but people are willing to sell into the 6c.
