It could keep going up but history tells me that's unlikely, maybe low 30's or even 65c at best for a take over. Personally I think it needs to test last years low of 15.5c before that happens. It has not flat lined long enough for it to suddenly just shoot up again. It took 3 decades after the Russian incident in the 80's. Five years after the Japan incident seems to quick to me especially because it was already plummeting in value before that happened.
