SW did state he did not like the idea of announcing its arrival,but the plan was firm enough that the drill will hit angola on the 7th so i guess its driving there now and can arrive any minute.Going on the share performance i now think they will announce it as the kimbo is now seen as predictable outcome.So a Ann will bring in more mid/to long term investors.
