asteroid... if thats a genuine buyer he wont be sitting at 13c waiting to be fed , he would buy at mrkt.unless he wants a average of 13c to sell at 15c 20% thereabouts , these are just games played in accumulation process , once they are done they will move this stock to the next level , watch and learn
