Someone is certainly trying to manipulate the SP. I noticed 162 shares for sale at 0.135 during the CSPA so I decided to stick in a buy order for 5000 at 0.14 with about 30 seconds to go.
Sure enough they were watching like a hawk and not only were the 162 shares at 0.135 pulled but the entire 0.14 sell line as well to ensure the closing price was 0.135.
They want your shares cheap that's for sure.
