Well it is not necessary the bad thing as the past few days similar process was adopted in 17, 17.5 and now 18. In all they were trading large volumes. Perhaps there is going to be an anoouncement soon.
REY is waiting for Mining permits and also perhaps a joint venture. It has also got some dispute in the court. Any positive outcome of these could put the SP back up to 30 or even higher. REY has got excellent assessts and lots of suitors could be interested.
