Peetey that would also be my understanding of it - thats why I said PLV would be in the Doo Doo with ASX for not announcing that the offtake was now null and void simply because WEG failed to complete the J/V preconditions

It was Buddy123 who said the latest deal to get $24m funding was to be used for the bond which is in direct conflict to the prior PLV ann.

Ennen are you sure PLV gets paid interest on the bond or are you surmising that ?
