Enen I understand what you are saying the bond is there should the company not be at the end of mining - That can either happen when the mine life has ended and the company doesnt have any cash or it costs more to get it out the ground than it can be sold for.

I imagine there is a sunset clause as to how long a mine can be placed on care and maintenance.

The bond itself as you say is a non interest topic if its been paid by way of prepayment on the 1mt offtake - It becomes a issue if that arrangement is now defunct - but as Peetey says the comapny hasnt notified ASX of any material change so we assume the bond is sweet and the oftake is still in palce

hopefully all is revealed tomorrow and it starts trading again and the market can make up its own mind.
